Let me first express my gratitude for your interest in this online course/workshop. "Synergy for Life" was designed by me in collaboration with spirit to empower self healing and to assist in maintaining a state of balance daily. This is a feel good workshop where through lecture, conversation and experiential learning you will identify where you are out of balance, why you are out of balance and what you can do to return to a balanced state. It is this simple...When our physical and energy bodies are in balance we feel good.
This workshop will provide you tools for life …and it's based on - The Chakras and their relationship to our nervous and endocrine systems.
During our sessions each week we will be discussing the each respective Chakra and it’s correlation to the specific glands and organs regulated by the endocrine system and nervous system. Through this process you will begin to identify imbalanced (deficient or excessive) chakra energies and utilize self applied techniques such as reflexology, meridian therapy and pressure point therapy, as well as other exercises to bring the chakra back to a state of balance.
We will engage in exercises in, and outside of class time that will support your journey back to a state of balance.
This course will provide you with a weekly workbook (for download and print, or to utilize online), visual aids, charts, specific instructions and a weekly audio meditation. The audio for this course was composed and recorded specifically to support the course material and more specifically to support you on your journey back to alignment.
Synergy for Life is an 8 week course; each class will be approximately 50 minutes in duration. The price per week is $45. Upon successful completion of the 8 week course you will be given the opportunity to continue on for an additional 3 weeks to attain your Certification as a Synergy For Life Coach.
